This worksheet is designed to provide parents and students a guide in completing a freshman year schedule. Required courses for freshmen include English, Global Connections,

Mathematics, Science, and Physical Education.

Mathematics, Science and English recommendations are made by middle schools and North High School Department Chairs. The worksheet also provides a listing of all elective courses available to freshmen.

All freshmen register for a minimum of 6 classes. Students who register for 6 classes will be given a study hall. Highly motivated students may register for 7 classes. However, there is no guarantee that all 7 classes will be scheduled.

Freshman Elective Course Options are listed on the back side of this worksheet. We ask that you review elective course options and complete this form with your tentative elective choices prior to your registration appointment.
