Chaplain/Conductress, Secretary/Treasurer or a combination as approved by the Lodge.
Less Than Minimum of Officers: If a Lodge is unable to meet the minimum number of elected
Officers, a written request must be submitted to the SHRL/National President to give consideration
to operate with a lesser number of Officers for the ensuing year. If dispensation is required, please
attach under separate cover.
