по теме «Времена года»

Цель урока: обобщить и систематизировать знания, умения и навыки учащихся по теме:
“Seasons” и активизировать употребление пройденного лексико-грамматического
материала в речи.
Задачи:
образовательные:
-активизировать употребление в речи лексико-грамматического материала (лексика по
теме «Seasons and the weather» и структуры It is sunny, It rains in autumn. The weather is …)
- ознакомить с новой лексикой по теме «The weather»;
воспитательные:
- воспитывать у обучающихся познавательный интерес к окружающему миру, любовь к
природе;
- воспитывать культуру работы в группе по достижению общей цели, чувство
сотрудничества, умение и уважать мнение других, повышать мотивацию изучения
английского языка.
развивающие:
-развивать навыки говорения, чтения, аудирования;
-развивать интеллектуальные и творческие способности обучающихся.
Оборудование: учебник «Enjoy English» для 4 класса, Биболетова, раздаточный
материал с тестом для чтения и упражнениями , компьютер, экран проектора.
Прилагаемые материалы: презентация Power Point

Ход урока
I Организационный момент.
1. Приветствие.
T: Good morning, boys and girls! Nice to see you! How are you today? Sit down, please!
- Who is on duty today?
- What date is it today?
-Who is absent today?
-Thank you. Sit down, please!
Look at the window, children! What season is it? Do you like autumn? Is it warm?
Does it rain or snow in autumn ?
2. Сообщение темы урока.
T: Today we are going to speak about seasons, the weather in different seasons and activites in
different seasons.
II Фонетическая зарядка, актуализация изученного материала.
1. Работа с лексикой по теме “Seasons”.
T: Let’s remember the names of the months!
Look at the screen again and repeat them after me.
Clap your hands and repeat them again. ( Учащиеся выполняют упражнение на внимание)
And now, children, answer my questions:
- How many seasons are there in a year?
Look at the screen and repeat after me: autumn, spring, summer, winter.
- What are the winter (spring, summer, autumn) months?
- What is your favorite season?
- What season is the (coldest, hottest)?

1. Учебный разговор в режиме T-P1,P2 о разных временах года.
T: Children, what season is it:
-when the wind blows;
- when the sun shines;
- when it rains;
-when there are many clouds in the sky;
-when it is frog;
-when it is 30 degrees above zero;
-when it is 20degrees below zero?
2. Составление рассказа по предложенным картинкам
Look at the screen, read the poem and guess
What season is it?
What is the weather in this season?
What children in different seasons?
( Учащиеся по очереди составляют .предложения по мере появления изображений в
презентации. В конце один из учащихся составляет рассказ о предложенном времени
года)

1. Развитие навыков чтения незнакомого текста для получения полной информации
T: Read the text by yourselves during 5-6 min
There are four seasons in the year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each season has
three months, March, April and May are spring months, June, July and August are summer
months, September, October and November are autumn months, December, January and
February are winter months.
Spring is a nice season. It is the time when nature awakes from the winter's dreams. It is
the first warm season in the year. The weather is usually fine. The sun shines, the sky is blue and
there are no clouds in it. It seldom rains and it is warm. The trees in parks and gardens, and on
the streets are green, the first flowers appear and birds begin to sing their songs.
After spring comes summer. It is the best season. The sun shines brightly. The streets of
the cities are green and full of flowers of all colors: red, yellow and blue. The days are long and
nights are short. The time of "the white nights" comes to our city in summer. The nights are so
bright that we don't need to switch on the lights. Summer is the favorite season for all
schoolchildren because they have vacations in summer.
Then autumn begins. On the first day of autumn pupils go to school and the new school
year begins. The days get shorter and nights longer. Autumn is a dull season. It is a rainy and
windy season. The sky is grey and often cloudy. But autumn is a tasty season. There are many
fruits and vegetables in autumn: apples, plums, pears, water melons, potatoes, tomatoes and
many others. The days become shorter and shorter and winter comes.
It is usually cold in winter. The trees, streets, parks and gardens, fields and squares are
white with snow. The rivers and lakes are covered with ice. It often snows in winter. Children
like to play snowballs and make snowman, they ski and skate and toboggan.
There are four different seasons in the year and each season is beautiful in its own way.

I think that today we had a very interesting and useful lesson. You worked very well and I liked
your work. . Now you know a lot about seasons, weather. I’m sure that your good knowledge of
English will help you in doing your homework for the next lesson/ - you are to complete a story
about your favorite season
