ACCREDITATION STATEMENT:
St. Louis College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy
Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Confirmation of attendance
for the various sessions will be sent by St. Louis College of Pharmacy on behalf of
participants to the NABP through the CPE Monitor system. Participants should have
included their CPE Monitor information when registering for the meeting. An evaluation
for the event will be distributed and participants will complete that onsite.
