Position: Graduate NPI Engineer (GNPI/06/12)
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Overview
Within the role of Graduate New Product Introduction Engineer, the successful candidate will report
to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for aspects of liaising with the Global R&D
Project Teams as well as Global Manufacturing Facilities in the successful transition and continued
Manufacturing support of New Security based Product Designs from R&D into various Global
Manufacturing locations.
Job Responsibilities / Key Duties
The Graduate NPI Engineer will work as part of a team within Manufacturing Operations to support
the business on new product launches. Key duties within the role include:






Providing DFM, DFA and DFT Input on NPI Projects to Design Engineering Team
Building and loading BOM structures in conjunction with Manufacturing Processes
Obtaining and coordinating all Manufacturing Documentation for NPI
Working with Manufacturing to support NPI builds through various development phases
Track and report on Product Costs related to NPI
Represent and provide updates for the Operations team on various NPI project teams

companies within the segment.
