2.1. Recommended language skills

2.3. Additional requirements
Kazimierz Wielki University welcomes students and staff with disabilities. Please contact International
Relations Office (erasmus@ukw.edu.pl) or the Office for Disabled Persons (niepelnosprawni@ukw.edu.pl)
Orientation week is compulsory for all incoming students. Full participation is awarded with 2 ECTS
credits. Incoming students are offered semester (30-hour) Polish language course, free of charge. Full
participation is awarded with 4 ECTS credits

Our institutions will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outgoing students/staff,
according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

3.4. Housing
Our institution will guide incoming student/staff in finding accommodation, according to the requirements
of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. Students have to notify us of their wish to get
accommodation in the university’s student house by ticking the appropriate box in the online
application form.
