Message from Julie Prohaska, President of the Board of Directors: We at the Arts Center (QVCAH) are delighted to start the new Fiscal Year of 2015/16 off with three wonderful exhibits in our beautiful Galleries, as well as a very successful children’s art program, the Autumn Artfest in September, and our Annual Art and Craft Holiday Sale in November. We have already shared the excitement of having Audrey Helen Weber, the recipient of our new Artist Residency Program, in one of our studios and a weekend of Open Studios, showcasing her work and the work of our Resident Artist, Charles Gaulin. We are in the process of planning programs for the next calendar year, starting with an exhibit to help celebrate Southbridge’s Bicentennial. We are full of enthusiasm for what lies ahead and for the impact we can make on our community and the whole region. We do hope you will take the time to stop by our galleries and have fun at our upcoming events! And don't forget to bring the kids! All is open to the public without charge and we welcome you. If you would like to be a part of this exciting time at the Arts Center, you might consider becoming a member. For a very small fee you can help us bring to the Center much needed programs for children and adults. Please go to www.qvcah.org for details and to download an application form or call me: Julie at 203-733-6859. I’ll be happy to help!
