array of clients ranging from callers needing to make appointments, callers participating in hospital fundraisers, and
even assisting patients needing to reach their doctors in emergency situations. Cosmopolitan has been in business for

We are currently hiring for our Medical Customer Service positions. Join a growing company that offers plenty of

We offer extensive paid training in medical terminology, hospital procedures and identifications as well as
professionalism. All promotions are done from within. Applicants with previous experience in supervisory or
customer relationship management are strongly encouraged to apply. We are conveniently located in the West Valley
in Glendale, AZ on 59th Ave and Bell Rd.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Full time and Part time positions are available. We are currently hiring for the evening shifts.
Training classes are typically held in the morning, between 8a-6:30p.
Evening shifts Part time: must have a 6 hour window of availability between 3p-12a Monday-Friday and a 10 hour window of
availability between 7a-12a on Saturday and Sunday.
**The evening shift offers several different options for its bilingual Team Members in terms of pay and schedule. Each is meant
to allow our Team Members to have maximum input, while still meeting our clients’ needs.
*Option 1: must have a 10 hour window of availability between 2p-2a. This option will typically include a 5 day work week and
pays $12.50 per hour.
*Option 2: must be available to work any hours between 12p-2a Monday-Sunday. This option will typically include a 4 day
work week to allow for more personal time and help save on fuel costs. This option pays $12.50 per hour.
*Option 3: must be available to work any hours between 12p-2a Monday-Sunday. This option will typically include a 5 day
work week and is meant to help our bilingual Team Members earn more money while at the same time allowing much flexibility
in our scheduling. This option pays $13.25 per hour.
PAY: $12.50-$13.25/ hour

Skills / Requirements
*At least 18yrs of age
*Bilingual (English and Spanish)
*Weekend and Holiday availability a must
*High School Diploma/GED equivalent
*Some college preferred
*Min 1 year customer service experience, with same
employer
*Retail & call center experience preferred
*Some medical background preferred
*Work well under pressure
*Strong Customer Service background
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Conversational ability
*Basic keyboarding, min typing 30 WPM
*Professional telephone etiquette
