Clean containers with soap & water, rinse thoroughly.

b. Bring to full rolling boil 1 minute, cool.

 Bleach
g) Add 8 drops 5.25% unscented bleach (sodium hypochlorite) per
gallon of water. If cloudy, double drops.

j) If strong bleach odor, let sit in sun or pour from container-tocontainer to aerate and remove bleach
k) If faint chlorine odor, okay to drink
l) If no bleach odor, repeat above steps

clean containers; adding a little lemon juice; crushed vitamin C tablet;
a pinch of salt, or some Tang or Kool Aid.
