Suspect Arrested In Connection To Last Month’s Bank Robbery Salisbury, Md. (24 April 2014) – A male suspect was arrested Thursday morning in connection with an armed robbery at a Salisbury Bank of America last month. Derrick Coley, 26, was captured at 319 Piermont Place in Salisbury by FBI after an anonymous tip was provided. Coley did not resist arrest and is charged with armed robbery, fleeing to elude, and reckless driving. The owner of the home, Regina Edwards, 35, was also arrested and charged with harboring a fugitive from justice. The two will make their first appearance today in the seventh judicial court in Salisbury. Coley and his alleged accomplice, Butch Kuster, are accused of robbing the Bank of America on Salisbury Boulevard with a handgun March 13. A high-speed chase ensued on Route 13, ending two miles south of Princess Anne after Kuster lost control of the getaway car and hit a tree. Coley fled the scene and has remained at large since. “We are uncertain how Coley was able to escape from the Princess Anne area. We do believe he has been staying at the Edwards residence for at least three days,” said FBI special agent David Bristow. Kuster is presently in Wicomico county jail under $500,000 bond and charged with armed robbery, fleeing to elude, and reckless driving. The FBI has not recovered the money from the bank robbery or the handgun. Anyone with information about the case is urged to call the local FBI office at 410748-2200
