Calendar Year 2014
All application materials must be submitted through Tiger[Link] by 11:59pm on March 13, 2015.
Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards p. 2
The Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards were created to showcase chapter accomplishments
throughout the year. Each award is based on a specific pillar of our community: Social,
Academic, Empowerment, Leadership, and Service. Chapters who achieve success in each of the
pillars will be eligible for the Dr. Herb Songer Outstanding Greek Chapter of the Year award.
Instructions:
Under each category there are three question types: checkbox, fill in the blank, and essay. Each
question will ask for the chapter to upload documentation. All supporting documentation must be
uploaded under one file for that question. Whoever is preparing the packet can utilize the CSI
Scanner to create one PDF document for each question.
Awards will be given based on responses from each pillar of our community. The Outstanding
Greek Chapter of the Year award will only be given to a chapter who has completed ALL
sections of the awards application; therefore, it is in your chapter’s best interest to complete the
application in full.
All application materials must be submitted through Tiger[Link] by 11:59pm on March 13,
2015. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Jacob Ternes,
