Clee Hill Summit is 1700 feet high and there is a panoramic view across the whole of
Shropshire. It is possible to walk around the ‘golf balls’. These are radar for National air
traffic.

Bridgnorth a riverside market town. High Town and Low Town are connected by a

Witley Court & Gardens and Great Witley Church

Sadly now a ruin after a fire in September 1937. Almost 70 years after the devastation,
its ruins are still spectacular, and today the property is in the care of English Heritage.
Adjoining Witley Court is the 18th century church of Saint Michael and All Angels,
which is one of the finest Italian Baroque churches in Britain. It incorporates a richly
gilded ceiling with a number of paintings by Antonio Bellucci.

Bluebells
Photos taken 21/5/13 worth a visit Breakneck Bank near Sturt Common. A beautiful
walk along the road and well worth a visit at Bluebell time.
Hope Baggot - SY8 3AF
St John the Baptist Holy Well & Ancient Yew Tree, Hope Bagot
There is a spring and Holy Well, above which grows a large ancient Yew tree thought to be
around 24 feet in girth and 35 feet high. The church dates back to the 12th century
