Lymphoma Society (LLS) in our annual charity fundraiser…Pennies for Patients.
Save the date (February 1-12th) and start collecting your spare change today!
Collection boxes will come home at the end of January.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) exists to help find cures for and
ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. The LLS supports
research to advance more promising therapies and acts as the voice for blood
cancer patients to ensure access to the best available treatments. Let’s work
together to make a successful fundraiser in 2016!
Collection Dates: February 1st thru February 12th
Special dates:
Tuesday, February 2nd - Neon Nickel Tuesday - Light up the halls for Leukemia
with all your Neon and Nickels. Bring in Nickels and wear neon anything...shirts,
shoes, pants, etc.
Friday, February 5th - Crazy Quarter Friday - Bring in quarters and wear your
craziest pair of socks.
Wednesday, February 10th – Dollar Bill Hat Day!! - bring in at least $1.00 in bills
and wear your Favorite Hat in school all day.
Your classroom can be a winner! – Classrooms who collect the highest totals for
our Pennies for Patients charity fundraiser will receive:
1st Prize – a $100 gift card to Scholastic Books
2nd Prize – a $50 gift card to Scholastic Books
3rd Prize – a $25 gift card to Scholastic Books
And…the highest classroom in EACH grade will win a PAJAMA DAY!
