Keys and Responsibilities:
 Perform the COMMOSSIONING with Calibration of Controllers and machine maintenance.
 Testing the PCB and performance of Heaters and checking the airflow of the VAV Boxes.
 Handle responsibilities of supervising the technicians for fixing the Controllers in the VAV.

 Handle the responsibilities of the preparing reports and delivery of the Calibrated VAV Boxes.
 Give the instruction to technician as per the daily and monthly machine maintenance lists
 Preparing reports based on maintenance as per the ISO format.
Training in FIELD INSTRUMENTATION , Basic knowledge of HONEYWELL DCS,
YOKOGAWA CENTUM DCS, EMERSON DELTA- V DCS , closed loops, calibration of transmitters, I/P Converters and pressure gauges, air regulator etc



