Biological active substances in plant raw material of Calligonum aphyllum (PALL.) GURKE. Д. Халелова, И. Ищанова, А. Куанышева, К. Жеткиншекова L.N. Gymilyov Eurasian National University, 010008, Kazakhstan,Astana, Mirzoyana street 2 E-mail: rakhmadiyeva_sb@enu.kz Plants of Calligonum L. genus have been used in traditional medicine like a vulnerary, hypoglycemic agent, in case of peritoneal cavity diseases, toothache from olden days [1]. The object of the investigation is Calligonum aphyllum (PALL.) GURKE which growing in Aktobe region. During the experiment, the optimum conditions of extraction of biological active substances of Calligonum aphyllum were find by the following characteristics: best extragent, the degree of fineness, extragent -plant raw material ratio, time of extraction, drafting ratio. The best extragent is 30 % ethanol, the degree of fineness is 5 mm, extragent -plant raw material ratio- 1:1, time of extraction 3 days, drafting ratio- 3 times, By the method of thin-layer chromatography with using specific locating agents and comparing with significant samples (SSS) were found that all organs of Calligonum aphyllum contain of flavonoids, amino acids (leucine, serine), carbohydrates (glucose, lactose), saponins, indole alkaloids. By the method of electrophoresis in above ground part of the plant citric acid was find. By the method of spectrophotometric detection with using correction factor on state standard sample of tannin the amount of tanning substances were find in dry raw material, in roots 12.8%, in above ground part of the plant- 4.01%; flavonoids on state standard sample of quercetine-in above ground part of plant- 1.97%, in roots- 4.14 %; carbohydrates on state standard sample of glucose- in above ground part of plant- 1.9%, in roots- 1.7 %; saponins on state standard sample of white saponin in above ground part of plant- 2.5%. The amount of organic acids was determine in leaves (1.07%), blooms ( 0.95%) by the neutralization method with methyl orange indicator. [2] .
