In conclusion I can say that I can inherit many different types of diseases. I’m more prone to
inherit Dysautonomia, this is a disease that my grandfather and my mother have, so investigating I
realize that it can be hereditary transmitted. This is one of the diseases, another one is that many
members of my family (Grand- grandparents), have diabetes, that’s why I will have to take care of
myself.
The behavior factors that I should take care to maintain my health, are many varied, because I’ll
have to take care of myself in many aspects, like I can´t eat many sugar because I can get
diabetes and, I will have to make more exercise. Also I am prone to inherit Dysautonomia, this is a
disease that my grandfather and my mom have, so to prevent it I have to constantly check my
blood pressure and go to the doctor to make me analysis, because ones I get this disease it can´t
be cure.
So the specific actions that I should do are:





Exercise; because of exercise my heart rate will be constantly increased and decreased
and this will help me, because with this I’m less prone to get Dysautonomia.
Have a balanced diet avoid eating many sugar or fats.
Limit alcohol consumption; no more than 3 units/day in men and no more than 2
units/day in women.
Consume a diet rich in fruit and vegetables.
Go constantly to the doctor to see if everything is all right.
So fortunately there isn’t so many diseases that I can acquire in my family, but I might take care of
me anyway.
