October 2013 – Till date
As a Production Manager with Pragati Paper Industries Ltd. For operation
of 180 TPD newsprint machine, running at 680 mpm having deckle of 4.15m.
June 2012 – Sept 2013
As an AGM (Paper) with Servalakshmi Paper & Board Pvt. Limited,
which is a sister concern of Servall Group.

Product: News print & writing printing paper
This plant uses secondary fiber as furnish.
The capacity of the plant is 300 TPD, equipped with deinking plant
supplied by Metso.
The machine is designed for speed of 900 MPM, 4.5 m deckle, capable of
producing 45 to 90 GSM equipped and controlled with DCS system.

replenishment requirements

 Raw material and chemicals charging as per production schedules and

 Initiation and approval for plant modification jobs for further
performance improvement

 Timely closure of non-conformity and actions related to customer

control, thermo calendar, bi-nip press, size press, silent drive system etc. This is
a waste- paper based plant running at 650 mpm. I worked there since
commissioning of the machine. Capacity of plant is 160 TPD.
