Items to be addressed were as follows:
(1). Discussion and possible action to accept the Application of Javelina Wind Energy, LLC for
an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, to authorize the Superintendent to review
the Application for completeness, and to submit to the Comptroller.
(2)
Discussion and possible action to accept the Application of Torrecillas Wind Energy,
LLC for an Appraised Value Limitation on Qualified Property, to authorize the Superintendent to
review the Application for completeness, and to submit to the Comptroller.
(3)
Discussion and possible action to appoint Robert Marshall as Board Liaison between
Javelina Wind Energy, LLC and Torrecillas Wind Energy, LLC.
(4)
Discussion and possible action to appoint Santiago Salinas as Board Co- Liaison between
Javelina Wind Energy, LLC and Torrecillas Wind Energy, LLC.
(5)
Discussion and possible action to approve the Amendment to Agreement Between United
ISD, Laredo ISD, Webb Consolidated ISD and Webb County, Texas in Regards to the Webb
County School Lands.
