I.
Workforce hub feasibility study
a. Kim Firth, from the Endowment for Health, explained how the Workforce
Development work group of the NH Children’s Behavioral Health Collaborative
is working with Cliff Davis, from Human Service Collaborative, to conduct a
feasibility study for a sustainable training infrastructure in NH for children’s
behavioral health providers.
b. Some points and questions from Cliff:
 We may need to think differently about training structures
 How do we create a training infrastructure that actually teaches what staff
needs to know?
 We need to think broadly about High Fidelity Wraparound
 We need to provide time and opportunity to build confident and competent
workforce
 Think about programs / places that are touching on workforce of
children’s behavioral health (early childhood education, health care,
schools, education, preschool, as well as service systems)
1. send names and contact info of those programs to Cliff
2. he wants to understand the ‘lay of the land’
3. next steps – looking to see if people will fund programs or set
these priorities
