We are dedicated to providing you with a comprehensive and sustainable weight loss and lifestyle program to help you attain your health goals. This all-inclusive 6-month program provides: Medical supervision and management Diet and nutrition education and guidebook Food sensitivity identification (lab test) Cutting edge behavioral coaching 6-month membership and Personal training at a 24-Hour Fitness club of your choice Remote monitoring and coaching when you synchronize your wearable health device (Fitbit) A personalized, whole food maintenance plan Guided shopping tour (optional) Bi-weekly body composition analysis, so you can see the results! For qualifying Employee Health Benefits participants 80% of the program fees may be covered by your plan. Your out-of-pocket cost may be as low as $1400 for the entire program! Diet and Nutrition The Quantum program is a whole food, low-glycemic, anti-inflammatory diet designed for intensive weight loss. Emphasis is on reducing inflammation, glucose regulation, hormone balancing and cardiometabolic optimization. Dr. Christine James currently provides nutritional counseling and education during monthly interval visits. Nutritional counseling may also be provided by a nutritionist in group or individual visits. Our goal is to provide sound education on eating whole, unprocessed food for weight maintenance and a sustainable lifestyle. Behavioral Support The Quantum program includes five coaching sessions for each participant. “The Psychology of Weight Loss” class meets twice a month. Our behavioral support program provides encouragement, education and tools to help maximize the success of our patients. The classes are facilitated by Lauren Archer, Behavioral Program Director. The training concepts presented in this course are based on a variety of coaching disciplines, with emphasis on putting effective strategies into practice. By implementing evidence-based performance principles, we provide education and training on specific skills and techniques to maximize effectiveness of changing habits and attaining goals. Exercise: The exercise component of this program is provided by 24-Hour Fitness. Quantum participants may select any regional 24-Hour Fitness club of their choice to fulfill the exercise requirement. This program contains a 10-week fitness program, consisting of 3 personal training sessions per week, and a 12-week fitness program with 1 personal training session per week. The trainers at 24-Hour Fitness are NASM Certified Personal Trainers. The training schedule is designed for a general adult client with a weight loss goal and limited training background. However, all trainers customize their programs to accommodate the needs and goals of each individual client.
