Scope:
 Conducted a survey for Samsung to assess the effectiveness of Samsung B2B marketing among
Star Hotels and Resorts.
 Interacted with the top level people like Chief Engineers, etc. and finding the possibility of any
service/ purchase of appliances.
 Gathered information of 50 hotels and resorts and helped to rectify the issues and approach the
right customers who are aiming at purchasing or replacing of the appliances.

Scope:
Part of a curriculum called Learning Management through Case Writing.
 Analysed the whole organization’s structure and process of how a raw materials are converted
into furniture.
 Analysed the main issue faced in the HR Dept.; interviewed certain employees to gauge their
problems and provided required suggestions to overcome this issue.
