Lynmouth Pavilion Heritage Placement – Research and Interpretation Job Title: Lynmouth Pavilion Heritage Placement – Research and Interpretation Job Type: Volunteer Placement aimed at 16-25 year olds Hours and location: 6-8 weeks, this can be done remotely or at Lynmouth Pavilion, North Devon. It can be done full-time in one solid chunk, or part-time spread over a longer period. The Lynmouth Pavilion Project is a three year Heritage Lottery Funded project that has recently entered its third year. The theme for this year is the ‘History of Tourism’ and we are looking to create a resource on the ‘History of Tourism across Exmoor since the 18th Century’ with a focus on Lynton and Lynmouth. What’s involved? Researching tourism across Exmoor this will include visits to local heritage centres Using the research to create a resource and activities for use by visitors to Exmoor or by schools Attending relevant training and induction What’s in it for you?
