Job Description:
If you’re a self-motivated team player with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for
selling, then this position is perfect for you.
As a Sales Development Representative you will play a critical role in growing our business. The
main focus of your position will be developing qualified leads for our sales process through prospect
outreach, inbound traffic, and various marketing and social media programs designed to cultivate
prospects for deeper qualification.
Responsibilities:
Prospect Outreach: You will work through a list of target prospects to outreach to select personnel at
various mortgage lenders and banks.
Inbound Prospect Calls: You will interact with prospects to provide high level offering information.
Generate Qualified Leads: You will be responsible for filtering qualified leads from other prospects and
setting sales appointments and product demos.
Marketing campaigns: You will assist the Sales Director in creating and maintaining various marketing
channels to promote inbound customer traffic, including social media sites, company blog, PR, industry
media advertisements, and email newsletters.
Conferences and EXPOs: Sometimes you may be asked to join a team to present PointServ and its
products at an industry specific conference or EXPO.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
•Experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment – recent graduates are welcome
•Excellent communication skills with ability to appropriately approach prospects
•Strong work ethic
•Fluency in English along with excellent phone skills and phone etiquette
•Ability to learn new products and services
•Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
•College degree is preferred
