Sales Development Representative About PointServ: PointServ is a technology and innovations driven company that specializes in providing unique borrower document certifications and verifications services for the mortgage and financial industries. In 2014 we’re expanding our organization to be able to aggressively promote and support our unique instant certified borrowers’ documents service. Job Description: If you’re a self-motivated team player with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling, then this position is perfect for you. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a critical role in growing our business. The main focus of your position will be developing qualified leads for our sales process through prospect outreach, inbound traffic, and various marketing and social media programs designed to cultivate prospects for deeper qualification. Responsibilities: Prospect Outreach: You will work through a list of target prospects to outreach to select personnel at various mortgage lenders and banks. Inbound Prospect Calls: You will interact with prospects to provide high level offering information. Generate Qualified Leads: You will be responsible for filtering qualified leads from other prospects and setting sales appointments and product demos. Marketing campaigns: You will assist the Sales Director in creating and maintaining various marketing channels to promote inbound customer traffic, including social media sites, company blog, PR, industry media advertisements, and email newsletters. Conferences and EXPOs: Sometimes you may be asked to join a team to present PointServ and its products at an industry specific conference or EXPO.
