Top tips
Use all members of MDT – senior nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists,
dieticians etc are all valuable sources of information
Notes are hand written on all Paediatric wards except HDU and Mars Burn’s Unit
Annual and study leave – apply early. Discuss with others on shift,
educational/clinical supervisor and rota co-ordinator
