3. Now click on the US map. Where do you see the most earthquakes?

5. What was the highest magnitude in the past 7 days? Where and when?

will direct you to a page about the location.
6. Write a summary paragraph of the site. This should include what type of plate boundary it is, the speed of the
plate, and why there are earthquakes at this specific site.

For this part, you will identify an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 or higher through investigating history.
First type the site that is listed above. You will see at the top of the site, years 2013 through 2002. Look through
those years and choose two sites with a magnitude of 7.0. Write a paragraph summary of the site. You will need
to have in the paragraph: magnitude, date of event, location of event, and why you chose this site.
