 All classes are self-paced, which
means that you determine the
intensity that is best for you. It’s
easy; just listen to your body;
exercise according to your fitness
level.
BLITZ CLASSES: 20 minute classes deliver a Hit and Run style of fitness.
Hit different targets daily or the whole body in a week. We advise you
give yourself extra time before and after class for additional warm-up and
stretching.
AB: The name doesn’t lie: this is a 20 minute workout that focuses on
your 6 pack! This core workout will improve your core strength, stability
and endurance.
UPPER BODY: This class focuses on building muscular strength and
endurance in your upper body.
BOOT CAMP: This intense, fun and challenging class will improve your
fitness and is great for weight loss. Boot Camp is a high-energy,
metabolism-boosting workout combining cardiovascular intervals with full
body exercises.
CYCLE: An energetic indoor cycling class that combines sprints, intervals,
and high resistance climbs to improve your cardiovascular capacity,
stamina and muscular endurance. If you are looking to have some fun,
get sweaty and burn your day away then this is the class for you!
EXPRESS CIRCUIT: Rotate through strength, power and cardio stations in
this 20 minute muscle blast. This class often uses a Tabata format. It
may be short but it’s not easy! All fitness levels welcome.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: With a focus on core strength, flexibility and
balance, the benefits of functional training transfer to many aspects of life
and sport. Use a variety of training tools like the bosu, gliders, tubing and
weights in a circuit format to engage the core and surrounding muscles.
H.I.T: “High Intensity Training”. This class is suitable for all fitness levels,
with a focus on interval training. A combination of strength, cardio and
core conditioning are incorporated to keep the heart rate elevated and
burn off those extra calories. The short intervals allow you to work at
your own pace and complete a workout you can call your own!
METABOLIC SCULPT: metabolic training involves completing structural and
compound exercises with little rest in between. Interval or circuit training
bouts consist of intense anaerobic exercise combined with multi joint
muscular workout at maximal effort. You will feel the burn after your
workout in an effort to maximize up to a 500 calorie burn in 30 minutes
and increase metabolic rate from 10 – 25% during and after the workout.
Your increased metabolic rate can last up to 48 hours.

POUND: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant
simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements,
plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and
900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and
drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your
favorite music!
STAIR GROUP: Train your strength and speed for your upcoming race (or to keep
you in race shape in between training bouts) with our stair group. Every Tuesday
and Thursday we will meet at the Crescent Heights stairs and work on your
speed/power and strength for your running technique.
TBC: Total body conditioning is all about the complete package. A head to toe
workout that will challenge your cardio, muscular endurance and strength and
core stability.
ZUMBA: This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to
create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines
feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance
training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

TRX & CYCLE: Kick start your weekend with this high intensity circuit combining
TRX suspension training with high intensity Keiser bike work. Enjoy and
challenge yourself in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment lead by a
personal trainer in a small group setting. All abilities welcome!
YOGA: Yoga is a combination of many things, a veritable yin and yang. Strength
and flexibility training is accomplished through many different poses. Mind and
spirit are calmed through breathing and meditation practices. Afterwards the
body and soul are re-invigorated for the challenges of work, play, and life.
