HOT IRON ® 1+2
Bootcamp
is an intense workout to strengthen the whole body. After warming up
you will accomplish easy and varied exercises with your own body weight
or – to intensify the exercises – with equipment such as dumb-bells or
tubes. The class will end with stretching.
at labas results is an intense and effective training. You will either train
with your own body weight or with equipment such as TRX, Rip Trainer,
Gymstick or tubes plus the right motivation. Let’s get started NOW!

HOT IRON ® 1 is suitable for beginners and advanced participants. HOT
IRON ® 2 requires training experience and is only recommended after a
minimum of 5 HOT IRON ® 1 sessions.
The exercises are perfectly coordinated and defined through the HOT
IRON ® training concept. The benefit is that workout results can be
achieved quickly and will be continuously improved. This power workout
strengthens, conditions and tones your body and has a high fun factor.

Cardio Interval
This training improves the whole body performance and is great for both
beginners and fitness freaks. A fast and effective way to achieve your
desired fitness goals with TRX, skipping ropes, barbells, etc. – and you
won’t miss the fun.
Hatha Yoga
is an Indian philosophical doctrine involving a series of mental and
physical exercises. Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga which strives for balance
between body and mind through physical exercises (Asanas), breathing
exercises (Pranayama) and meditation.
Yin Yoga
is the perfect balance to rather invigorating and dynamic yoga styles.
The positions are held over several minutes without tension allowing the
stretch to reach the deeper structures of the connective tissue.
Yin Yoga reduces stress and has a regenerating effect on the nervous
system. It also promotes an energetic balance. The Asanas are held for a
longer time in a relaxed posture. This will open the energy channels in the
body and the energy can flow freely through the body again.
Muscle-building training in a group! This training is suitable for all who
have sufficiently prepared their muscles for higher loads in the courses
HOT IRON ® 1 and HOT IRON ® 2 (minimum 3 completed trainings).
Male participants can increase their visible muscular mass and women
will get the most effective body shape and defined muscles. Iron Cross is
the perfect program to tone the entire body.

M.A.X. (Muscle Activity Excellence) is a pre-choreographed group fitness
program with structured exercise sequences to improve endurance,
strength and coordination. The strengthening part focuses on the main
muscle groups such as legs, bottom, abdominals, back and upper body.

This full-body workout is dynamic, intensive and invigorating. Tae Bo is
based on Asian martial techniques and combines punches, kicks and
music moves that efficiently strengthen your core, leg and arm muscles.
This high pace workout improves cardio performance as well as your
flexibility, balance, coordination and speed.
