I Love Fall!
As soon as the cool weather starts and the leaves start
changing, I know that fall, my special season, is here!
It feels so energizing to have the cool breeze blow
through my hair and on my face. I have fun looking at the
squirrels looking for nuts to store away. Sometimes I can hear
the birds as they fly south.
When I go to the store with my mom, I can see pumpkins
and gourds for sale. The leaves in the tree look beautiful as
they change colors. The smell of raked leaves is in the air.
There are so many things to do in fall. Football season
starts, so my family has fun watching football games. I also
go to the high school football games. Since it is cooler, I get
to play outside and not feel hot. Also, my mom lets me help
her bake pumpkin pies. We also make candy apples.
Delicious!
There are two other reasons I love fall. One reason is
Halloween! I love dressing up and going trick or treating.
Then in November, we have all of our family over for a
yummy Thanksgiving dinner.
We have great food and lots of fun!
Fall is so special to me. I love fall!
