Role Title Treasury Analyst National Account M Business Unit Finance Unit Location: Locatio n Toronto,ON Toronto, ON Reports To: ReportsTo VP, Finance & Risk Management VP,Product&SystemsManagement ROLE FUNCTION AND PURPOSE The successful candidate will join a demanding and busy treasury division and will be responsible for various Accounting initiatives. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Treasury: Cash flow: daily funding of global bank accounts and cash flow analysis; Daily confirmation and netting of treasury deals with various banks; Data Entry, consisting of Bank deals and confirmations; and Reconciliation of Bank accounts. Financial Analysis: Assist with monthly bank fees; Close liaisons with Finance team members, specifically to resolve outstanding issues and troubleshoot Accounting transactions; Assist Senior Leaders with confidential financial matters as needed; and Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as required. United States ▪ Canada ▪ Europe ▪ Australia EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting is a must; Currently enrolled in and/or pursuing the CPA designation is an asset; 2-5 years of relevant experience; Foreign Exchange/multi-currency exposures are a definite asset; Proficient in M/S Office (with particular focus on Excel) ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Proven ability to make handle and/or lead multiple projects with minimal oversight; Proven record to contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline driven, diverse environment; Strong attention to detail is essential in order to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data; Strong organizational skills; Solid time management skills; Exceptional communication skills; Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion on daily transactions/responsibilities.
