School as listed on www.NJHire.com. A first year student at Gloucester County College, I was immediately
drawn to this position as an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of young athletes. I feel
that my leadership skills when coupled with my love for the game are put to the test; I always come out a
winner and would offer this winning spirit to Timberlane.
As my resume shows, I have extensive experience working with children. As Assistant Coach of the
Cumberland Regional High School Baseball team, I co-coached a team that was able to participate in a state
championship playoff round which was a first time event in the team’s history. By designing fun,
competitive practice sessions I motivated the team members to strive for their personal best. As the boys’
skill level increased, so did their self-esteem and understanding of teamwork. I know what it takes to train
a junior or varsity ballclub to a winning season.
