Mission: The DCIS Philanthropy Club does hereby open our arms and our funds to support the Denver Center for

International Studies community. We are an organization of students committed to assisting DCIS by providing grants of money to students, student programs and faculty at DCIS.

We encourage your organization to consider applying for a DCIS Philanthropy grant in order to expand existing projects, or to develop new projects. Applications are accepted at any time, September through April. Under normal circumstances, we update applicants on the status of their request 1-2 weeks after receiving the application.

Grants are prioritized based on the following criteria:

Groups: serving a wide and diverse group of students; creating a long-term, measurable impact on the DCIS Community; and addressing a real need within this Community. In addition, grants from student-led organizations are prioritized, as to reflect Philanthropy Clubs commitment to fostering student leadership. (However, faculty members are also welcome to apply for grants that serve DCIS students.) Philanthropy Club supports the DCIS Community by funding the projects and programs that best enhance the educational experience at DCIS and fulfill the requirements of the Graduate Profile

Characteristics or address a diverse group of needs.
