A Christmas Carol at the Jewel Box Theater
For a wonderful evening out with family and friends, go see our very own Ms. Deborah
Franklin as The Ghost of Christmas Past in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Ms.
Franklin is thoroughly entertaining and because of the unique “in the round” seating, the
audience is intimately a part of the play. Ms. Franklin’s husband, Mr. Richard Lemin wrote
the script and is the director. The Jewel Box Theater is located at 36 th and Walker. For

Box Top Blowout!
Thank you to everyone for turning in box tops. We submitted over 11,000 box tops for
DCIS! The 5th grade homeroom class winner of the cupcake party is Mrs. William's
class. The 6th grade homeroom class winner of the cupcake party is Mrs. Jackson's
class. And the OU spirit winner was Rachel Stokesberry and the OSU spirit winner was
Minke Compton! Thank you again and still clip those box tops, we will be having our
Thunder Up Box Top contest in the spring!
