The Organisers aim to give competitors an enjoyable competition. The Organisers reserve the right to amend any of the arrangements as they deem necessary and the judge’s decision will be final on all matters. A £20 deposit is required for all disputes; this will be refunded if the protest is upheld. This event will be run under the Pony Club Eventing Rules 2016 (Cross Country Section) If eliminated competitors MUST leave the course at walk and attempt no further obstacles. Any competitor in difficulty before an obstacle must make way for those following. All competitors must wear British Standard approved crash hats (PAS 015, Snell E2001, or AS/NZS 3838) An effective body protector must be worn. Medical armbands are compulsory and will be checked on collection of bib. No telephone entries accepted. Entries close 16th March. Late entries (space permitting) £7 extra. Deposit for Bib. Cash only deposit of £10 per horse must be paid to obtain a numbered bib. The deposit will be refunded on the bibs return. Withdrawals will only be accepted on production of a Medical or Veterinary Certificate. This certificate must be produced by Monday 28th March if any refund is to be made. A £10 administration charge will be retained on ALL refunds; this rule will not be varied for any reason. In the event of cancellation beyond our control a £15 admin fee will be retained Dogs to be kept on leads at all times Please aim to leave the lorry park clear of all rubbish, including droppings. NO HAY NETS OUTSIDE LORRIES! The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw any horse they consider to be unfit to compete. Results will be available on our website within 48 hours of event. If you are placed and would like your rosette to be sent to you please send a SAE to the Secretary of the correct size with correct postage. HEALTH & SAFETY 1. 2. The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions of the Organisers and all Officials and Stewards. The Organisers accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, injury, illness or damage to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any person or property howsoever caused.
