Internships Learners start phased internship with local employers. NRC offers daily support to learners during induction reducing as learner gains confidence and support for employer as required Seminar held including Radio Somerset interviews January 2014 onwards 13 potential learners identified. Learners attended Farrington’s recruitment open day on 6 March From January 2014 1 candidate Jane January 2014 5 personal profiles completed & discussed at employer event. Other candidates to complete Jane February 2014 Learners working in training café on Fridays.
