INSPECTION

As Our Products Are Of Established Quality & We
Guarantee Fault Free Performance, Inspection Before
Despatch By You / Your Consultants Are Not Envisaged
To Be Necessary. If You Still Feel Inspection Is A Must &
to Be Carried Out At Our Premises, Goods Will Be
Offered For Inspection Within 7 Days Notice In Advance.
For Bought Items, Inspection Clause Of The Sub-Vendor
Will Be Applicable. Inpsection Will Be Carried Out
Within 15 Days Of Our Intimation. Alternatively We Will
Asume Inspection Have Been Waived & Will Have The
Liberty To Despatch The Goods Without Inspection
ORDER AMENDMENTS

Specifications Upto 3 Days From The Date Of Your LOI /
PO. Subsequently, Any Changes In The Specifications &

Referred To Arbitration Under The Indian Arbitration Act
1940 Or Any Statutory Modification For The Time Being
In Force & Such Arbitration Shall Take In Bangalore City
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
:
Under no circumstances shall Yokogawa India Ltd. (YIL)
be Liable for malfunctioning of Yokogawa Products due to
a) its use beyond specification limits as mentioned in the
General specifications & relevant catalogues. b)
Buyer/user supplied software and/or its connectivity and
unauthorized
modification
or
misuse
of
hardware/software. c) Improper site/control room
preparation and/or maintenance.
In no event shall YIL be liable for direct, indirect,
incidental or consequential damages (Including loss of
profits) whether based on contract, tort or any other legal
theory.
LOSS / DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
:
Our Responsibility Ceases On Delivering The Goods To
The Carrier & We Undertake No Liabilities For Any
Damage Or Loss In Transit Whatsoever. All Claims For
Shortage Or Damage Must Reach Us Within 48 Hours. In
Case Of A Local Supply Or Within 15 Days If It Is An
Upcountry Supply. Postal Delays Excluded. After These
Periods Have Elapsed No Claim Will Be Recognised By
Us
"Statutory Forms C / H / I are to be Issued with in 3 Months from the date of the Invoice. Failing
which Debit note will raised for Differential Tax."
