Sand´N Sea Properties Job Description Position: Rental Reservationist Reports to: Reservation Team Leader Last Updated: 12/2013 Department: Rentals Classification: Full time, hourly General Purpose of the Job: To ensure that Sand ´N Sea guests and homeowners are properly assisted with their vacation rental reservations via phone, internet or in person, including contracts, paperwork, check-in, check-out; and all related guest services and to ensure that all receive superior customer service – friendly, helpful, efficient, delivered-as-promised. All activities of the rental department of Sand ´N Sea Properties will be implemented effectively with a goal of 100% homeowner and guest satisfaction. Essential Functions: 1. Assist guests and/or homeowners with in-person, telephone or internet-based reservations 2. Manage reservation leads and perform follow-up calls 3. Monitor progress towards Sand `N Sea reservation goals and reach or exceed targeted goals 4. View and learn properties staying current and knowledgeable of all inventory 5. Process daily paperwork as per company systems 6. “Open” and “Close” rental office as per company protocol 7. Check-in and check-out guests 8. Assist in answering guest emails 9. Show properties to guests 10. Generate maintenance work orders and assist, as needed 11. Overtime paid after 40 hours; eligible for health insurance; eligible for retirement plan; mileage paid when performing company-related tasks; if applicable, reimbursement for cell phone usage.
