Orientation Leaders are often the first people new students and their families make a connection with, which can have an enormous impact on their success at FLC! By the end of fall 2013 semester, applicants must have completed 12 credit hours at Fort Lewis College and must have a minimum of a 2.50 cumulative GPA. 2. If selected, applicants must be available to attend the following: A. First staff meeting April 17th, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM B. REFERENCES: Approximately $400 to $450 – First year Orientation Leaders will earn $9.50 per hour which may include some overtime. (Second-year leaders may earn more per hour, depending on experience and skills). Meals during staff training and Orientation 2014 sessions. FLC shirts to wear during orientation sessions, and keep. At least one recommendation must come from a Fort Lewis College faculty or professional staff member.
