Bennington Young
Writers Award
Students in the 10th, 11th, and 12th
grades during the current academic
year may enter one of the following
categories: poetry (a group of three
poems), fiction (a short story or oneact play) or non-fiction (a personal or
academic essay). All entries must be
original work and sponsored by a high
school teacher.

Essay Contest
Open for students in grades 9-12,
students compete by writing and
recording an audio essay on an
annual patriotic theme. This year’s
theme is:

Idaho Scholarship Program
Recipients must pursue a bachelor’s
degree at the University of Idaho (CDA
or Moscow campuses only), or Lewis
Clark State College (CDA and
Lewiston Campuses only), or students
may start their studies at North Idaho
College for up to two years and then
transfer to the University of Idaho or
Lewis Clark State College.
Provides financial Assistance to
students in the State of Idaho who
have exhibited integrity and
perseverance in overcoming personal
adversity and who aspire to pursue
higher education.

Scholars Foundation
An achievement-based scholarship
awarded to high school seniors.
Applicants must have at least a 3.0
GPA and list your grades, school,
community activities, and

10 State Honorees will
receive $5,000, an
engraved gold medal, a
crystal trophy for the
school, and a $5,000
donation to a charity of
their choice.

Fifty Amazon Student
members will each
receive a $5,000
scholarship toward
tuition and $500 to
spend on textbooks in
the form of an Amazon
Gift Card.
