You've Got Male Bachelor Bid

Each eligible bachelor must fill out survey, providing correct contact
information, by no later than April 5, 2005 (this survey can be e-mailed to
Jacki Mowery at jackim@temple.edu or at the TU NSCS General meeting in
Curtis Hall 102 at 6:15 on April 5)
- These surveys (other than the contact information) are not to be taken
seriously; NSCS would just like a bio (whether it is real or fake) to read as
you walk onto the stage and/or down the catwalk to the song of your
choice. We would appreciate your correct contact information in order to
keep in contact with you and to give it to the lucky gal who purchases you.
On the night of the bid, all bachelors are asked to arrive in SAC 217 no later
than 6:30 p.m. A line-up will be generated prior to the night of the event,
allotting each male a particular spot to walk out
All bachelors will be kept outside of room 217 prior to their place in the lineup. Once it is your turn, a designated female will escort you to the stage,
where you can then do your dance/perform a skit/whatever you like on the
stage and/or aisle. Once you are finished, you will again be escorted out of
the room before the bidding starts. NONE of the bachelors will be in the
room when the actual bidding is going on.
At the end of the night, each male will be provided with a flower before he
will be called to the stage where he will greet his "date" with the flower
There will be a thank you prize for the top-selling male, such as sports tickets,
concert tickets, etc., for you to use at your own discretion. Just another
incentive for you to encourage ladies to stop on by!!

Fill out the survey by April 5
Attend at least one TU or Drexel sponsored event with their "date" after the
auction. If you and your "date" discuss to go some place off campus, that is
fine as well.
ARRIVE BY 6:30 ON APRIL 21!!
Dress Code
-
No sweatpants/sweatshirts
Jeans are allowed as long as they are not too raggedy
No inappropriate t-shirts (anything that could be taken offensively)
Try to dress nice  (Clothes do make the man)

Girls will be charged a $5 admission fee; this fee will give each girl 3 raffle
tickets to enter to win one of our 5 "date" prizes
- "date" prizes consist of a Movie Ticket Package to United Artists, a gift
certificate to Maggiano's, a gift certificate to Hibachi Japanese Steak
House, gift card to Dave & Busters, and a gift certificate for a carriage ride
around Center City
- Additional raffle tickets will be sold individually for $2 or 3 tickets for $5
After entering the room, any single gal interested in buying an eligible
bachelor will be required to change out their money
- A table will be established in the back of the room for girls to change out
their real money for play money. Any money not used throughout the
night of the auction can be changed out or refunded at the end of the night.
The raffle will begin at 7:00 p.m. Any and all girls are welcome to attend.
