We are an accredited Centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management and twice a year we offer places on two Awards;

ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Management

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
These programmes are delivered by Edinburgh Development Connections, of which we are a partner. This allows participants of both programmes to mix with others from other local Universities and Colleges to share and learn best practice.
ILM Level 2
This award is targeted at aspiring or ‘new to role’ team leaders, and covers the following topics;

Developing yourself as a team leader

Improving the performance of the work team

Understanding change in the workplace
ILM Level 3
This award is targeted at new or existing first line managers, and covers the following topics;

Introduction to leadership

Leading a team effectively

Problem-solving and decision-making
