Buttercup Hill, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Payment 2014-2015 Enrollment at Buttercup Hill is a nine-month commitment to the program. The tuition schedule is based on total days taught during the nine-month period, and is not altered for each calendar month, vacation, or illness. To terminate a commitment, thirty-day notice must be given. The registration fee of $250 is non-refundable and paid yearly for each child enrolled in the program. Payment options are as follows: By the year Several months Monthly (the most common) Tuition is: Due on the 1st of each month. September tuition is due at orientation. Late after the 10th of each month If tuition is paid after the 10th of the month: A $25 late fee will be rendered and due with the monthly payment prior to the end of the month. If tuition is not paid before the following month, your commitment to Buttercup Hill will be terminated. It is the responsibility of each family to bring the monthly payment to Buttercup Hill and deliver it to the tuition box. Monthly statements will not be sent. Cash must be sent in a sealed and labeled envelope. Enrichment tuition is separate from school tuition and should be given directly to the appropriate teachers, NOT Buttercup Hill, Inc.
