C.A.S.Y. does not accept students whose immunizations are not up-to-date. NO EXEMPTIONS.
Students with anaphylactic allergies may be denied registration at the discretion of the school.
C.A.S.Y. does not store or administer medications to students.
C.A.S.Y. reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient registration.
The child’s age as of September 1, 2008 indicates which class is age appropriate. We use Sept. 1, as a
guideline for placement of children, except two’s. TO ENTER THE TWO’S, THE CHILD MUST BE TWO
YEARS OLD BEFORE JUNE 1, 2008. All children enrolled in Three’s and older classes MUST BE
POTTY- TRAINED.
SPECIAL NEEDS: C.A.S.Y. will attempt to meet the needs of special children. A pre-enrollment conference is
required prior to admittance.
*A Placement fee equal to one month’s AM tuition for each child is due at REGISTRATION and applies to the
following May’s tuition. Placement and Registration fees are due upon confirmation of Registration.
Those families who find the timing of the fees a hardship should make arrangements through the
office prior to Registration. Your child’s COMPLETED Blue Medical/Emergency form and
Placement Fees are due by FEB.15, 2008. Updated Immunizations include the HepA vaccine. Our
license does not allow medical exemptions.
Tuition is due on the first day of school each month. Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of
weeks, vacations or absences. Tuition received later than the 7th of the month is subject to a $30.00 late fee. An
additional late fee of $50.00 will be added after the 10th of the month. At C.A.S.Y.’s discretion, a student may be disenrolled for failure to pay tuition. Returned checks due to insufficient funds are subject to $30.00 return fee. All fees
are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tuition discounts apply to AM TUITION ONLY: A 7% tuition discount is allowed for second child and 10% for
third child from the same family. Discounts apply to Morning Preschool only.
C.A.S.Y. PRESCHOOL carries liability insurance as required by state regulations.
One-month notice is required for withdrawal from any program. No financial adjustment will be made for end-ofthe-semester or August/September, withdrawals (August, September, December or May). You must notify the office,
in writing, if you plan to withdraw at any time of year. It is not sufficient to notify the teacher.
