Cancellation, Refunds and Financial Aid:
We reserve the right to cancel any program with 7 days notice if registration is insufficient. If we cancel, a full refund will be
given. Students may cancel their enrollment in writing prior to July 15 and get their deposit less $75.00 cancellation fee
refunded. Since we have to make early financial commitments to secure the faculty and the classroom, no refunds will be
available after July 15. Failure to attend classes and/or to make complete payment does not constitute official withdrawal.
Limited scholarship assistance is available upon written request to those with paid deposits. (Please describe your needs and
family income.)
