Class Cancellation – If you are ill or unable to make it to class, please contact
Instructional Services:

When you call, please provide your name, the date, the course name and section
number, and the room number. Also inform your department chair/discipline lead and the
program assistant of your area of your absence.
Call the School Closure line if you have any question about the college being open in
inclement weather. If the college is open, but you cancel your class because of weather,
in addition to calling the Class Cancellation line, your department chair/coordinator and
your Program Assistant, you must also contact your students.
