Assist the school in designing the curriculum for the program. Provide the student paid work experience and guided learning opportunities for all aspects of the career. HIGH SCHOOL WORK-BASED TRAINING FOR THE STUDENT The student agrees to Adhere to Conway High School student handbook rules. Interns commit to work-based training that starts full-time for the summer in June and 1220 hours per week during the school year in the following areas: Commit to 12-20 hours of work each week during the school year. Maintain at least a “C” average. Agricultural Science Maintain at least a 95% attendance record in school and work. Provide transportation for work. Arrive on time daily for both school and work, and if late or absent for reasons beyond student’s control, will call the appropriate personnel. Arrive at the workplace properly dressed. Meet job requirements and expectations as outlined by the employer and the Internship Coordinator. Provide the student with a mentor/supervisor.
