Award: external Deadline: check with social work graduate secretary for specific deadline (typically June) Value: $2,600 one awarded annually 7 Eligibility Requirements: be a full time graduate student that, possesses an Honours degree or its equivalent and intend to pursue a graduate degree in the field of sexual and reproductive health, include disciplines such as biology, Canadian studies, education, history, law, medicine, political science, psychology, social work, sociology, and women's studies, a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant who are graduates of any recognized university Application Process: submit a typed essay of between 500 and 700 words, outlining his or her education, background in sexual and reproductive health and women's issues, aspirations, and Deadline: set by individual Universities Value: up to $17,500 for one year non renewable for masters students and $20,000 per year for up to four years for doctoral students Eligibility Requirements: demonstrate a high standard of academic achievement in undergraduate and graduate studies in the social science and humanities, be a Canadian citizen or Permanent resident by the time the award will be completed (at least one year of doctoral study or a masters degree), and be involved with social science and humanities oriented research, recipients cannot be working more than an average of 10
