Indian Creek FFA Alumni Scholarship
Eligibility: Open to Indian Creek High School Seniors who will be attending a two-year or
four-year college or vocational school. Student must be a member of the Indian Creek FFA
Chapter.
Scholarship: A scholarship will be given annually by the Indian Creek FFA Alumni
Association. The scholarship may be applied to tuition and fees, room and books. The
scholarship award will be sent directly to the school attending.
Selection: A committee of alumni members will make the selection based primarily on FFA
involvement/leadership and enrollment in ag classes, plus secondarily on school activities,
academics and community activities. The scholarship will be awarded at the school’s awards
night in May.
Application Deadline: Applications are due by April 8th and should be turned into the
vocational agriculture instructor. Application forms are available to download from the
school’s website and are also available in the high school Ag room and with the guidance
counselor.
Instructions: Six copies should be made of the completed application, paper clipped and
placed in a large envelope. Six copies are not needed of Section VI. Part D. Your SAEP should
be put into a binder with the large envelope placed inside of it.
