Personal career development strategies are discussed and evaluated
through integrating student values, skills, and interests with the focus on
exploring the real world of work. Topics include self-assessment
activities, learning the use of on-line and other career related resources
as well as the construction of a plan for investigating career options and
major fields of study. Appropriate for new college students as well as
continuing students. CSU
