and corporate social responsibility. The added course is also part of the Business Core for the
Bachelor of Science programs offered by the Division of Business.

The general education curriculum consists of 40-42 credit hours for students seeking a
Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences.
Three (3) hours of the general education curriculum must be 3000/4000 level.
Some general education course requirements may be met via CLEP, APP, and other
advanced standing tests.
Any substitution of alternative general education courses must be approved by: the
appropriate school dean and the Executive Vice President. Note: Any course substitution
in a major course area must be approved by the major area department chair, the school
dean and the Executive Vice President.
Transfer students with an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree from an
accredited Oklahoma institution are exempt from general education requirements (except
one course of American History and one course of American Government are required).
