Qwest Wholesale Service Delivery Intervals

Qwest Wholesale Service Delivery Intervals
The intervals described below are Qwest’s standard Service Order Fulfillment interval targets. For
purposes of this document, Service Order Fulfillment is defined as the completion of Billing functions,
Network functions, and the subsequent notification of completion of such functions to our customer.
The Service Order Fulfillment intervals for transaction requests submitted through Remote Control SM, in
most cases will be reduced due to automated flow-through of the provisioning process from order entry to
customer notification and may be shorter than the intervals stated below. Standard Service Order
Fulfillment is performed 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted or manual
intervention is required for problem resolution or special handling.
For orders requiring manual intervention, Service Order Fulfillment will be performed during standard
business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in every time zone, Monday through Friday.
All days are stated in BUSINESS DAYS unless otherwise noted.
